Brilliant is a website service for pubs, operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd (company number 16551401, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms.
We build and host a website for your pub at an address like yourpub.brilliant.pub (or, where arranged, your own domain). The site starts pre-filled from your pub's publicly available business information, and you control its content through your account.
The base service is 15 GBP, 18 EUR or 20 USD per month depending on the currency you choose, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Where VAT applies we add it at the prevailing rate and show it on your invoice; if you are VAT registered you can normally reclaim it. If you give us a valid VAT number we will show it on your invoice. Connecting your own domain is free. There are no optional add-ons on sale at present; if we introduce one, its price will be shown in full before you buy it and it will never be added to your bill without you choosing it. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period after the notice.
Cancel any time from Manage billing in your account, or by replying to any of our emails. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. When it ends your site comes down, but we keep your account and content, so if you resubscribe your site comes straight back. Nothing is deleted automatically: your content is removed only if you delete your account yourself, which you can do at any time from your account.
Your photos, menus, descriptions and other content remain yours. You give us a licence to host and display them on your site and to format them for that purpose. You confirm you own or have permission to use anything you upload, including photos. Photos sourced from your public listing are used on unpublished previews for illustration only; your live site must use photos you have the rights to.
Factual information about your pub (opening hours, what's on tap, amenities) may also appear in The Guinndex, our independent pub listing, keeping your listing there current. This covers facts about the pub, never your photos or written content.
No unlawful content, no content you don't have rights to, nothing misleading about your business. We can remove content or suspend a site that breaks this, and we'll tell you when we do.
We aim to keep your site up and updates flowing quickly, but the service is provided as-is and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We store your account details (email, pub information, content you add) to run the service. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We don't sell your personal data. Email hello@brilliant.pub to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted. Our privacy policy sets out in full what we collect, how long we keep it, who processes it, and your rights, including how call recordings from a pub's AI assistant are handled.
