Verify you're the pub

To keep your listing safe, we ring your pub's own phone number and read out a 6-digit code. Tell us the code and you're confirmed. Until then your site stays private and out of Google, so nobody can put false information under your pub's name.

A message across the top of your site. Good for a one-off closure, the kitchen being off, or a change to the quiz. Leave it empty for no notice.

Opening hours

The single thing people check most. Tick "closed" for a day you're shut.

Different hours for a bank holiday or Christmas? Add the date here and it overrides your normal hours for that day.

Look & details

Everything starts pre-filled from your public listing. Anything you set here wins. Leave a field blank to keep the listing version.

Tick everything that applies. These show as tags on your site and help Google and AI assistants answer "is it dog friendly?", "do they have a garden?".

Saved changes go live automatically, usually within 15 minutes.

Your photos

Your site needs your own photos to go live. The photos on your preview come from your public Google listing: they're examples of the kind of shots that work (the bar, the garden, a full plate, a poured pint), but they belong to Google and can't be your site's photos. Add at least one of your own and your site goes live on the next refresh. The first photo is the big one at the top. JPEG, PNG or WebP, 5MB each, up to 12.

Your menu

Build it in sections (Starters, Mains, Sunday roast, drinks, whatever fits your pub). Or just photograph your printed menu and we read it in: sections, dishes, and prices land below ready to tidy.

What's pouring right now. Takes seconds to keep current, shows on your site, and feeds your listing on The Guinndex. Fastest way: take a photo of your taps and we read it. Photo-added taps need a price per pint before they save; that price keeps The Guinndex honest and your site useful.

Once your details are saved and the subscription is live, your site appears at your address below and our team confirms everything with you.

Your pub is also listed on The Guinndex, our independent pub guide. Your taps and details feed it automatically, so keeping them current here keeps them current there too.

Cancel or close your account

Cancel your subscription any time. Billing stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and your site comes down then. We keep your account and everything in it, so if you resubscribe your site comes straight back. Nothing is deleted unless you delete it yourself below.

Delete everything, for good. This closes your account and permanently deletes your site, your mailing list, your enquiries and your call records. It cannot be undone. To confirm, type your pub's name below.
